talk, 2007, prototype.
MDF, Lenticular image, glass, lacquer. Inspired by the way furniture is (mis) used by people - and my interest in lenticular imaging - this table mocks a Memphis-esque side table upon which someone is up to no good. The lenticular tabletop ‘magically’ reveals the image as the viewer walks by. |
